应用337 nm激光光解时间分辨吸收技术,通过考察核黄素(维生素B2)激发三重态的自猝灭及与酚类抗氧化剂的抽氢反应,核黄素阴离子自由基与氧气的电子转移反应,模拟了核黄素在体内产生具有潜在光生物效应的活性粒子的途径,得到了一系列重要的动力学参数.为研究核黄素在体内的氧化还原作用,扩展它作为光敏化剂的用途提供了理论基础.

TUsing time-resolved techniques of 337 nm laser induce transient species ofphotobiological implications has been studied on the basis of elucidation ofbehavior of excited triplet state of riboflavin including its self-quenching,hydrogen abstraction from antioxidant of phenol, and its subsequentreaction between radical anion of riboflavin and oxygen. These transientspecies produced from laser flash photolysis have been identified, and aseries of kinetic parameters was obtained accordingly. The observed photoprocesses can account for molecular bases for investigation of theaction of riboflavin in vivo and in vitro, and to extend the riboflavinimplications as photosensitizer.
