目的：探讨玉津酒对机体免疫功能的影响。方法：玉津酒0．2 ml／d小鼠灌胃给药8 d后，测定小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应及IL-1活性。结果：玉津酒可抑制T淋巴细胞增殖反应，降低IL-1活性，与对照组比较差异显著(P<0．01)，B淋巴细胞增殖反应低于对照组，但无显著差异(P>0．05)。结论：玉津酒具有抑制细胞免疫功能的作用。
목적：탐토옥진주대궤체면역공능적영향。방법：옥진주0．2 ml／d소서관위급약8 d후，측정소서림파세포증식반응급IL-1활성。결과：옥진주가억제T림파세포증식반응，강저IL-1활성，여대조조비교차이현저(P<0．01)，B림파세포증식반응저우대조조，단무현저차이(P>0．05)。결론：옥진주구유억제세포면역공능적작용。
Objective: To study the influence of Yujin tincture on mouse immune func-tion. Methods: Yujin tincture was given by pouring into the stomach(0.2 ml/d) and 8 days lat-er lymphocytosis and IL-1 activity were detected. Results:Yujin tincture can inhibit T lyxmpho-cytosis and lower IL-1 activity. In comparison with the control group, there was a great differ-ence( P< 0.01) for T lymphocytes while B lymphocytosis was lower than that of the controlgroup and there was no significant difference( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Yujin tincture can in-hibit cell immune function.
