目的建立并分析阴道毛滴虫的形态学数据和参数. 方法用计算机图象分析系统得到阴道毛滴虫及核的长、宽、周长、长宽比、等效圆直径、圆度、面积、前鞭毛与后鞭毛、轴柱长度.计算滋养体和核的体积. 结果滋养体的大小为15.011 μm(9.222~21.796 μm)×12.058 μm(5.868~17.605 μm) .前鞭毛、后鞭毛和轴柱的长度分别18.27 μm、17.41 μm、21.94 μm.相关分析显示滋养体与核的面积(r=0.54,P<0.01)、滋养体与核体积(r=0.47,P<0.01)相关性有显著性意义,滋养体面积和核圆度呈负相关(r=-0.29,P<0.01),滋养体圆度和核圆度之间无相关性. 结论参数间的相关系数显示,随着滋养体增大,虫体的形态变圆,而核的形态变化不大.阴道毛滴虫形态学数据和参数的建立为量化及评价虫体的形态奠定了基础.

Objective To establish and analyze the morphological data and parameters of the Trichomonas vaginalis. Methods The length, breadth, perimeter, aspect ratio, equivalent circle diameter, roundness and area of T. vaginalis trophozoites and their nuclei, and the lengths of axostyle, anterior and recurrent flagellum were measured by computer image analysis system. The volume of trophozoites and their nuclei was calculated. Results The size of trophozoite is 15.011 μm (9.222-21.796 μm)×12.059 μm(5.868-17.605 μm). The anterior flagellum is 18.27 μm in length, the recurrent one is 17.41 μm and the axostyle is 21.94 μm. An analysis revealed very significant positive correlation between trophozoite area and nucleus area (r=0.54, P<0.01), trophozoite volume and nucleus volume(r=0.47, P<0.01), and negative correlation between trophozoite area and trophozoite roundness (r=-0.29, P<0.01), no significant correlation between nucleus roundness and trophozoite roundness. Conclusion The correlations among the parameters suggested that larger trophozoite had its shape closer to round but the shape of nucleus changed little. The morphometric data and parameters are potentially useful for evaluating the morphology of T. vaginalis.
