注塑模具冷却系统对于提高模具的设计制造水平和制品的质量是非常重要的.为获得高质量的注塑模具冷却系统与简化模具的设计过程, 本研究采用Pro/E的零件库功能设计技术,建立了高效的冷却系统模板; 利用族表建立父冷却系统零件数据库,快速生成了所需冷却系统,该系统具备可通过参数修改获得完整注塑模具零件的功能.经典型注塑模设计及制造的实际应用, 结果表明所设计的系统具有方便、实用、高效的特点.

The injection mold cooling system design is very important to improve the mold design and manufacture of standard and quality of products. In order to obtain high-quality injection mold cooling system and to simplify the process of mold design, in this study, the use of Pro/Engineer database of parts design technology, had set up a template of highly efficient cooling system. The parent database of the cooling system parts was set up by family table, and the required cooling system had been generated. The system parameters could be modified with the complete function of injection mold parts. Through classic type of injection mold design and manufacture practical applications, the results show that the system is convenient, practical and efficient characteristics.
