采用硼酸、有机硅预聚物对酚醛树脂进行化学改性,合成出具有较好耐温抗烧蚀性能的硼硅改性酚醛树脂.利用FT-IR对合成树脂的结构进行分析,结果表明,树脂分子链中含有硼氧基团和硅氧基团,具有明显的高邻位树脂结构.利用TGA和氧指数仪对树脂的耐热性和阻燃性进行分析,结果表明:合成的硼硅改性酚醛树脂具有优异的耐热性,固化后的改性酚醛树脂在800℃下的残重可达79%;同时,改性酚醛树脂具有良好的阻燃性,临界氧指数达46.8%,高于绝大部分热固性和热塑性树脂.

A kind of boron-silicon-modified ablative phenolic resin was synthesized based on boric acid and polyorganosiloxane synthesized.The Properties of synthesized phenolic resin were characterized by FT-IR,TGA and Oxygen Index(OI ). The molecule structure of synthesized resin contained B-O and Si-O group, and showed high O-O methylene structure. The result shows that the synthesized resin has excellent heat-resistance and fire-retardation, residual weight is 79% at 800℃ and OI is 46.8%,which are higher than most thermosetting resins and thermoplastic resins.
