[目的]评价空心莲子草对鱼类水生生物的急性毒性作用,为灭螺药物成分的提取提供指导.[方法]在室内常温条件下,采用静水法测试空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼的急性毒性作用.以寇氏法计算半数致死浓度(LC_(50))及95%可信限.[结果]空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼24、48 h LC_(50)分别为587、497 mg/L,其安全浓度为107 mg/L,斑马鱼死亡率随药物浓度增加和时间的延长而上升.[结论]空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼为中等毒性,其安全浓度低于杀螺浓度.

[Objective]The purpose of this study is to estimate the acute toxicity of extract from Alternanthera philoxeroides to fish (Brachydanio rerio) in order to guide the extraction of molluscacide from A.philoxeroides.[Methods]The acute toxicities of the extract of A.philoxeroides on B.rerio were determined with the static test method at normal temperature.The median lethal concentration(LC_(50)) and 95% confidence limit were calculated by using Karber method.[Result]Determinations showed that the LC_(50) of extracts from A.philoxeroides on B.rerio for 24 h and 48 h were 587 and 497 mg/L, respectively;and its mass concentration of safely was 107 mg/L.The mortality rate of fish(B.rerio) increased with the rise of molluscacide concentration and the extension of action time.[Conclusion]The extract of A.philoxeroides showed a middling acute toxicity to B.rerio, and the mass concentration of safely was low than the concentration killing snail.
