在对大样本民营企业治理特征和治理模式分析的基础上，探讨了民营企业治理结构与企业绩效的关系，结果发现，非家族企业的企业绩效较高，古典家族企业次之，其他类型家族企业的绩效较低。因此，随着民营企业的发展，不断进行企业治理结构改革，合理选择企业治理模式，对民营企业的顺利发展具有重要意义。
在對大樣本民營企業治理特徵和治理模式分析的基礎上，探討瞭民營企業治理結構與企業績效的關繫，結果髮現，非傢族企業的企業績效較高，古典傢族企業次之，其他類型傢族企業的績效較低。因此，隨著民營企業的髮展，不斷進行企業治理結構改革，閤理選擇企業治理模式，對民營企業的順利髮展具有重要意義。
재대대양본민영기업치리특정화치리모식분석적기출상，탐토료민영기업치리결구여기업적효적관계，결과발현，비가족기업적기업적효교고，고전가족기업차지，기타류형가족기업적적효교저。인차，수착민영기업적발전，불단진행기업치리결구개혁，합리선택기업치리모식，대민영기업적순리발전구유중요의의。
Based on the analysis of the features and modes of corporate governance in Chinese private enterprises, the relation between corporate governance structure and corporate performance is discussed. Results show that the performanee of non, family enterprises is better, followed by classical enterprises, and then other family enterprises. Therefore, with the development of private enterprises, it is of great significance for the smooth development of private enterprises to constantly reform corporate governance structure and to choose the fight governance mode.
