目的观察复方天麻蜜环菌片治疗紧张型头痛的疗效及安全性.方法 120例紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例.治疗组给予复方天麻蜜环茵片4片,3次/d,疗程30 d;对照组给予谷维素20 mg,3次/d,疗程30 d.结果 ①治疗10 d后,治疗组和对照组头痛发作次数分别为(1.81±2.45)次和(2.96±3.34)次(P＜0.05);持续时阿分别为(12.78±25.16)h和(25.20±37.58)h(P＜0.05).治疗20 d后,2组患者头痛发作次数分别为(0.96±1.85)次和(2.71±3.44)次(P＜0.01),持续时间分别为(5.53±17.83)h和(22.32±45.94)h(P＜0.01).②治疗组头痛持续时间逐渐明显缩短,而对照组不明显(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).③治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为33.3%和88.3%,而对照组分别为5.0%和36.7%(P＜0.01).④治疗组和对照组均未见明显不良反应发生.结论复方天麻蜜环茵片对紧张型头痛有较好的疗效,可减少头痛的发作次数、持续时问,是一种治疗紧张型头痛的有效药物.
목적 관찰복방천마밀배균편치료긴장형두통적료효급안전성.방법 120례긴장형두통환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각60례.치료조급여복방천마밀배인편4편,3차/d,료정30 d;대조조급여곡유소20 mg,3차/d,료정30 d.결과 ①치료10 d후,치료조화대조조두통발작차수분별위(1.81±2.45)차화(2.96±3.34)차(P＜0.05);지속시아분별위(12.78±25.16)h화(25.20±37.58)h(P＜0.05).치료20 d후,2조환자두통발작차수분별위(0.96±1.85)차화(2.71±3.44)차(P＜0.01),지속시간분별위(5.53±17.83)h화(22.32±45.94)h(P＜0.01).②치료조두통지속시간축점명현축단,이대조조불명현(P＜0.05혹P＜0.01).③치료조적현효솔화총유효솔분별위33.3%화88.3%,이대조조분별위5.0%화36.7%(P＜0.01).④치료조화대조조균미견명현불량반응발생.결론 복방천마밀배인편대긴장형두통유교호적료효,가감소두통적발작차수、지속시문,시일충치료긴장형두통적유효약물.
Objective To atudy the efficacy and safety of compound armillaria mdlea tablets in the treatment of tonic headache.Methods 120 patients with tonic headache were randomly divided into two groups.The treatmcnt group received 4 tablets compound armillaria mellea tablets three times a day for 30 d,and control group took oryzanol 20 mg three times a day for 30 d.Results ①After more than 10 d treatmont,accured for headache (1.81±2.45)times in treatment group and(2.96±3.34)times in control group(P＜0.05);the duration of attack Was(12.78±25.16)h for treatment group and(25.20±37.58)h for control group (P＜0.05).After more than 20d treatment,the time of attacks for treatment and control group was(0.96±1.85)and(2.71±3.44)respectively (P＜0.01),the duration of attack for treatment and control group was(5.53±17.83)and(22.32±45.94)h respeetively(P＜0.01).②The duration of headache Was shorten increasingly with incidence of attacks in the treatment group and no such effect was observed in the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).③The effective rate and the total efficiency of treatment group was 33.3% and 88.3%,and that of control group was 5.0%and 36.7%,respectively (P＜0.01).④No obvious adverse events occurred for both treatment and control group.Conclusion Compound armillaria mellea tablets is effective in treating tonic headache,which can reduee the attack times and the duration of headache attacks.
