目的 对对立违抗性障碍(ODD)与儿童气质及环境进行初步探讨、了解ODD患儿是否存在气质与环境的不相适应,为ODD的诊治提供重要参考.方法 ①研究组为60例已确诊的ODD患儿,对照组为60例正常儿童;②采用中国学龄儿童气质量表(CSTS)及家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV),对两组儿童进行测评.结果 ①ODD患儿与正常组儿童的气质类型构成间有统计学差异(P<0.05);②ODD患儿的家庭亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性、独立性、成功性、知识性、娱乐性、组织性及控制性得分与对照组儿童间有统计学筹异(P<0.01).结论 与正常儿童比较,ODD患儿有明显的不同气质特征和存在更多不利的家庭环境因素,气质与环境的不相适应可能是这些患儿行为障碍的原因.

Objective To study the relation ship among child teporament,family environment factors and oppositional defiant disorder(ODD),so as to probe if there is between temperament and environment of ODD children,helping the diagnosis and theatment of ODD.Methods (1)In this stuay the information was collected from all enrolled subjects,including 60 children with ODD and 60 healthy.(2)by using the chinese school children Temperament scale(CSTS)and Family Environment scale(FES-CV),all chidren were assessed.cohesion,contradictoriness,expressiveness,independence,achievementorientation,intellect orientation,entertainment,sense of organization and control between children in ODD group and those in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion Children with ODD have obvious temperament variations and more disadvantage family environment factors than normal children.It is necessary to investing ate the interaction between temperament and environment during the diagnosis course and the treatment of ODD.
