目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能的早期变化。方法:应用超声心动仪检测64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的左心室功能指标,并与20例正常人做对照。结果:糖尿病患者左室舒张功能与对照组比较有显著性差异,且与病程呈等级相关。而收缩功能除心排出量外与对照组比较无明显差异。结论:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在无明显器质性心脏病变时,已存在左室舒张功能障碍,且随病程延长而逐渐加重。
목적:탐토Ⅱ형당뇨병환자좌심실공능적조기변화。방법:응용초성심동의검측64례Ⅱ형당뇨병환자적좌심실공능지표,병여20례정상인주대조。결과:당뇨병환자좌실서장공능여대조조비교유현저성차이,차여병정정등급상관。이수축공능제심배출량외여대조조비교무명현차이。결론:Ⅱ형당뇨병환자재무명현기질성심장병변시,이존재좌실서장공능장애,차수병정연장이축점가중。
AIM:To observe the early changes of left ventricular function in type Ⅱ diabetic patients. METHODS:Echocardiography was performed in 65 type Ⅱ diabetic patients. 20 normal controls(normal persons) were treated in the same way. RESULTS:The differences on the ventricular diastolic functions of left heart were found out between two groups, but the ventricular systolic functions except cardiac output weren′t found out. CONCLUSION:In diabetic patients without the apparent cardiac complications existed the ventricular diastolic dysfunction of left heart.
