利用对比观察法,研究黑蜗牛的形态结构、生殖特点、死亡原因,发现黑蜗牛的螺旋贝壳短,只有壳顶和两个螺层,体螺层不能完全容纳软体,螺旋贝壳中碳酸钙含量约为60.3%,易软化.体背上生长着外套膜和外壳膜,外套膜在螺旋贝壳内包裹着内脏囊,外壳膜覆盖在螺旋贝壳的表面,能向不同方向伸展.壳口处的外壳膜上有排泄孔,排泄孔与外套膜上的呼吸孔连通,具有呼吸、排泄粪便和排泄尿液的多种功能.证明黑蜗牛是一种新的软体动物--最原始的蜗牛,也是陆生软体动物贝壳退化成内壳的过渡物种.隶属于琥珀蜗牛科(Zonitidae),夏威夷琥珀蜗牛属(Hawaiia),沂水琥珀蜗牛种(Hawaiia yishuiuscule Li).
利用對比觀察法,研究黑蝸牛的形態結構、生殖特點、死亡原因,髮現黑蝸牛的螺鏇貝殼短,隻有殼頂和兩箇螺層,體螺層不能完全容納軟體,螺鏇貝殼中碳痠鈣含量約為60.3%,易軟化.體揹上生長著外套膜和外殼膜,外套膜在螺鏇貝殼內包裹著內髒囊,外殼膜覆蓋在螺鏇貝殼的錶麵,能嚮不同方嚮伸展.殼口處的外殼膜上有排洩孔,排洩孔與外套膜上的呼吸孔連通,具有呼吸、排洩糞便和排洩尿液的多種功能.證明黑蝸牛是一種新的軟體動物--最原始的蝸牛,也是陸生軟體動物貝殼退化成內殼的過渡物種.隸屬于琥珀蝸牛科(Zonitidae),夏威夷琥珀蝸牛屬(Hawaiia),沂水琥珀蝸牛種(Hawaiia yishuiuscule Li).
이용대비관찰법,연구흑와우적형태결구、생식특점、사망원인,발현흑와우적라선패각단,지유각정화량개라층,체라층불능완전용납연체,라선패각중탄산개함량약위60.3%,역연화.체배상생장착외투막화외각막,외투막재라선패각내포과착내장낭,외각막복개재라선패각적표면,능향불동방향신전.각구처적외각막상유배설공,배설공여외투막상적호흡공련통,구유호흡、배설분편화배설뇨액적다충공능.증명흑와우시일충신적연체동물--최원시적와우,야시륙생연체동물패각퇴화성내각적과도물충.대속우호박와우과(Zonitidae),하위이호박와우속(Hawaiia),기수호박와우충(Hawaiia yishuiuscule Li).
Using contrast method of inspection,tests for study the black snail's shape structure,the reproduction characteristic and the cauge of death were done.The black snail's spiral shell is short and only has apex and two spiral whorl. Body whorl can not accommodate the soft body.Content of calcium carbonate of spiral shaft is about 60.3%.so it is easy to soften.On the back,it has mantle and shell membrane.In the spiral shell.mantle membrane wraps with visceral sac.and covers the surface of spiral shell. The mantel mem-brahe Can stretch in different directions.nere is one aperture Oil mantle a8 drain hole.111e drain hole i8 intedinked'with the mantlebreath hole.it has multifunotions for the breath,the excretion excrement and excretion urine.Result showed that the black snail is one kind of new mollusk-most primifive snail,and it is also the terrestrial mollusk shell degenerates from the endoconch transition species,subordinating in the amber snail branch.the Hawaiian amber eulota and the Yishui amber snail plants.
