以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O、MgCl_2为原料,NH_3·H_2O为沉淀剂,采用缓冲溶液沉淀法制备MgO-ZrO_2前驱体粉体.通过差热分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜等对所得粉体进行测定分析.结果表明:获得了粒径10~20 nm淡黄色氧化镁稳定的氧化锆陶瓷(MgO-ZrO_2)粉体.在稳定剂浓度为10 mol/L时,可获得纯的四方相氧化锆纳米粒子,有望用于口腔齿科材料中.

Nanosized MgO-ZrO_2 precursor powders were prepared by buffer-solution precipitation processing using zirconium oxychloride (ZrOCl_2·8H_2O) and magnesium chloride (MgCl_2) as the raw materials, and NH_3 ·H_2O as the precipitation agent. The synthesized powders were characterized by XRD, TEM and DSC-TG. The spherical MgO-ZrO_2 particles with an average diameter of 10~20 nm can be obtained. Phase composition analysis indicates that ZrO_2 powders are pure tetragonal phase as the concentration of stabilizer is 10 mol/L, which can be potential for dental ceramics application.
