Micro-drill Data base CAD Simulation
介绍了一个以微钻头数学模型为基础,基于工程数据库的CAD及其仿真系统。研究了微钻头的CAD及其仿真方法。提出了系统的整体结构,说明了系统各组成部分的功能。说明了在微机环境下微钻头CAD及其仿真系统的结构与实现过程。列举了应用实例,并给出了螺旋槽、钻尖后刀面及钻尖的仿真图。

A computer aided design(CAD)and simulation system,based on micro-drill mathematical model and engineering database,is introduced.The approaches of CAD and simulation for micro-drill are studied.The structure of the system has been advanced and the function of each part of the system is described.The stucture and development of the CAD and simulation system under personal computer for micro-drill is advanced.Then,an example for application is discussed,and the simulation figures of flute,flank surface of the micro-drill point and micro-drill point are given.
