在石油化工系统的反应器中,常用球形体作催化剂床层表层及底层填料。为探明流体通过这种球形体孔隙间的流阻特性,进行了两种球形体(整形球及异形球)的水力模型试验研究。结果表明:1)这两种球形体孔隙间的流动均处于紊流的过渡粗糙区;2)所研究的异形球体,在Ren=6000~14000范围内,其水力坡度比整形球体的水力坡度小17%~30%。所以,应用该种异形球体作石油化工系统反应器中催化剂床层的表层及底层填料,能增加反应器负荷、增加产值。
在石油化工繫統的反應器中,常用毬形體作催化劑床層錶層及底層填料。為探明流體通過這種毬形體孔隙間的流阻特性,進行瞭兩種毬形體(整形毬及異形毬)的水力模型試驗研究。結果錶明:1)這兩種毬形體孔隙間的流動均處于紊流的過渡粗糙區;2)所研究的異形毬體,在Ren=6000~14000範圍內,其水力坡度比整形毬體的水力坡度小17%~30%。所以,應用該種異形毬體作石油化工繫統反應器中催化劑床層的錶層及底層填料,能增加反應器負荷、增加產值。
재석유화공계통적반응기중,상용구형체작최화제상층표층급저층전료。위탐명류체통과저충구형체공극간적류조특성,진행료량충구형체(정형구급이형구)적수력모형시험연구。결과표명:1)저량충구형체공극간적류동균처우문류적과도조조구;2)소연구적이형구체,재Ren=6000~14000범위내,기수력파도비정형구체적수력파도소17%~30%。소이,응용해충이형구체작석유화공계통반응기중최화제상층적표층급저층전료,능증가반응기부하、증가산치。
To study hydraulic resistance properties caused by flow fluid through holes between sphere bodies which are used as a sort of filling material at the top layer and base layer of a oil chemical reaction tower,hydraulic model tests for two sorts of sphere bodies(normal balls and abnormal balls) have been performed.The results demonstrate that:1)the pattern of flow fluid through the holes between sphere bodies(involving normal balls and abnormal balls) belongs to the regime of transition rough in turbulent;2) the hydraulic gradient of abnormal balls is 17%~30% lesser than that of normal balls as Ren=6000~14000.It's concluded that the abnormal balls is a better sort of filling material in a oil chemical reaction tower and with it,the reaction load and productivity can be increased.
