三峡电站水轮机是运行水头变幅最大的混流式水轮机之一,其外形尺寸和重量亦是当前混流式水轮机之最。三峡机组的运行稳定性始终是设计、科研、制造和使用部门关注的首要课题。目击验收试验的结果表明,综合能量特性和空化特性基本上满足了合同要求,其模型最优效率为94.54%(保证值为94.51%);额定效率为89.53 %(保证值为87.85%);无弃水期加权平均效率为92.29%(保证值为92.16%)。由于各种原因,稳定性指标未能全面达到合同保证值。

The turbine for the Three Gorges Project is one of the mixed-flow turbines with great changes of operation water head. Its appearance dimensions and weight also rank the first in the current mixed-flow turbines. The operation stability of the generating units for the Three Gorges Project always is the key focused by the designer, scientific research institute, manufacturer and user. The results of visual acceptance tests showed that its comprehensive energy performances and cavitation characteristics basically meet the requirements of the Contract. The optimum efficiency of its model is 94.54% (guaranteed value is 94.51%), the rated efficiency 89.53% (guaranteed value 87.85%), and the weighted average efficiency without surplus water season 92.29% (guaranteed value 92.16%). Because of various reasons, the stability indexes could not meet the guaranteed value required by the Contract so that the manufacturer is required to optimize the design of sluice taper and make other tests.
