分析了飞机起落架作动筒内壁磨损失效的原因,采用n-Al2O3/Ni-Cr复合刷镀技术,对磨损部位进行了修复,以提高镀层与基体、镀层与工作层间的结合力.结果表明:修复层的硬度及耐磨性与原件相当,该工艺方法简单、可靠.

The causes leading to failure of the cylinder of airplane landing gear were analyzed in relation to wear of the inner wall of the cylinder. And a new tech-nology for brush plating n-Al2O3/Ni - Cr composite coating was applied to repair the damaged inner wall of the cylinder. It was found that the brush plated n-Al2O3/Ni-Cr composite coating was well bonded to the subsume and the working coating as well, and it had harness and wear resistance comparable to that of original cylinder. Moreover, the brush plating process is simple and relia-ble as well, and can be well used to repair the damaged inner wall of the cylinder.
