针对姿控发动机高空模拟试验获得的大量试验数据如何快速处理进行了研究;简介了试验的特点和Pacifjc-6000采集原理,重点介绍了Pacific-6000的原始数据文件格式,分析了常用数据处理技术的优缺点;将页面置换算法的思想引入试验数据处理过程,提出了试验数据快速处理算法;基于此算法开发了工程应用软件,在实际试验中应用,取得了良好的应用效果;该技术对使用不同数据采集系统的试验数据处理具工程参考意义.

Research of how to quickly deal with the huge raw data obtained from upper air simulated Test of pose-control engine was focused on. Specialities of the test and principle of Pacific-6000 DAS were summarized. The raw data format of Pacific-6000 was expatiated.After the usual techniques to deal with data were analyzed, the idea of pages replacement algorithm was applied to the process of transacting data. The test raw data quick transact algorithm was proposed. The related software was designed and applied to real engine test, and it worked well. This skill could also be referenced by other DAS Data Dealing.
