从胜利油田采油厂石油污染土壤中分离筛选到一株石油高效降解菌SY-02,以石油烃为唯-碳源和能源.在总石油烃(TPH)浓度为l%(W/V)培养液中接种一定量的该菌,30℃、200r/min摇瓶振荡培养7d,TPH降解率可达71%.经形态、生理生化及16S rDNA同源性等指标分析,初步鉴定该菌种属Pseudomonas chlororaphis(绿针假单胞菌).纯烃底物降解实验表明正十六烷最易被SY-02菌代谢,其次是单环芳烃苯,然后是二环芳烃萘和三环芳烃菲,环烷烃较难被利用.

A strain that can grow with petroleum hydrocarbon as sole source of carbon and energy, which is SY-02, was isolated from petroleum-contaminated softs in Shengli Oil Field. Petroleum-hydrocarbon degradation was 75% after the strain was growing on inorganic salt medium with 1% (W/V) of diesel at 30℃ for 7d. The strain SY-02 which was identified as Pseudomonas chlororaphis could grow on n-bexadecane, cyclohexane, benzene, naphthalene and phenanthrene as sole source of carbon. Results also showed n-hexadecane and aromatic hydrocarbon could be degraded markedly while cyclohexane degraded not obviously.
