研究了在恒定压强的真空干燥条件下,不同温度时漂白紫胶中含水率和干燥速率的变化情况,并用响应曲面法建立了真空干燥条件下的拟合方程.试验结果表明,预测值和实测值的一致性较好,所建立的数学模型可以用于描述该条件下漂白紫胶的干燥,并得到了该条件下漂白紫胶干燥速率的最大值.

The paper based on the study of the bleached shellac drying with the vacuum drying in different temperature and set up a kinetic model with response surface methodology. The experimental results showed that this model can be used to describe the shellac drying in these conditions, and got the optimal drying conditions of this method.
