有效的疫苗免疫是预防弓形虫病的最理想方法.当前弓形虫疫苗的研制虽然取得了一些进展,但是单价疫苗的免疫效果并不理想.寻找更有效的候选抗原基因和合适的载体及研究多种抗原基因的优化组合将是今后弓形虫疫苗研究的主要方向.该文就弓形虫复合基因疫苗、混合疫苗及多表位疫苗的研究进展进行综述.

Vaccine is the most ideal method for controlling Toxoplasma gondii infection.Although re-searches on toxoplasmosis vaccines have got lots of progress.the monovalent vaccines are less effective.To find more effective candidate antigens and appropriate vectors as well as to study on the optimizations of multiple an-tigens are the main orientations of research on toxoplasmosis vaccine in future.We reviewed the multiplex DNA vaccine.mixed vaccine and muhiepitope vaccine of toxoplasmosis in this article.
