目的 探讨儿科下呼吸道感染病原菌变迁及耐药性,指导临床合理选用抗生素.方法 对1260例下呼吸道感染患儿痰标本行常规培养及药敏试验.结果 4647份痰标本共分离出病原菌1067株,其中G+球菌554株(52%),G-杆菌417株(39%),真菌96株(9%).G+球菌中肺炎链球菌居首位,占51.2%.C-杆菌中大肠埃希菌居首位,占31.9%.肺炎链球菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素敏感(100%),对红霉素和复方新诺明高度耐药(>80%);大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南的敏感性最高(>90%),对氨苄两林、头孢呋辛等常用抗生素产生了较高耐药性(>50%).结论 珠海地区小儿下呼吸道感染的细菌谱以G+球菌为主,以万古霉素利奈唑胺耐药率最低;G-杆菌以亚胺培南的耐药率最低.
目的 探討兒科下呼吸道感染病原菌變遷及耐藥性,指導臨床閤理選用抗生素.方法 對1260例下呼吸道感染患兒痰標本行常規培養及藥敏試驗.結果 4647份痰標本共分離齣病原菌1067株,其中G+毬菌554株(52%),G-桿菌417株(39%),真菌96株(9%).G+毬菌中肺炎鏈毬菌居首位,佔51.2%.C-桿菌中大腸埃希菌居首位,佔31.9%.肺炎鏈毬菌對利奈唑胺、萬古黴素敏感(100%),對紅黴素和複方新諾明高度耐藥(>80%);大腸埃希菌對亞胺培南的敏感性最高(>90%),對氨芐兩林、頭孢呋辛等常用抗生素產生瞭較高耐藥性(>50%).結論 珠海地區小兒下呼吸道感染的細菌譜以G+毬菌為主,以萬古黴素利奈唑胺耐藥率最低;G-桿菌以亞胺培南的耐藥率最低.
목적 탐토인과하호흡도감염병원균변천급내약성,지도림상합리선용항생소.방법 대1260례하호흡도감염환인담표본행상규배양급약민시험.결과 4647빈담표본공분리출병원균1067주,기중G+구균554주(52%),G-간균417주(39%),진균96주(9%).G+구균중폐염련구균거수위,점51.2%.C-간균중대장애희균거수위,점31.9%.폐염련구균대리내서알、만고매소민감(100%),대홍매소화복방신낙명고도내약(>80%);대장애희균대아알배남적민감성최고(>90%),대안변량림、두포부신등상용항생소산생료교고내약성(>50%).결론 주해지구소인하호흡도감염적세균보이G+구균위주,이만고매소리내서알내약솔최저;G-간균이아알배남적내약솔최저.
Object To investigate the pathogens changing and antibiotic resistance in acute lower respiratory infection (ALRI) of children in Zhuhai regions.Methods Nasal secretion samples were collected from 1260 cases of ALRI,the pathogens identification and antibiotic resistance were detected.Results 1067 strains were obtained from 4647 lower respiratory tract sputum samples of children,gram-positive bacterium in 554 strains,occupying 52%; gramnegative bacterium in 417 strains,accounting 39%.S.pneumoniae was sensitive to Linezolid and Vancomycin (100%),the better antibiotic resistance for Erythromycin and Compound Sulfamethoxazole.Escberichia coli were sensitive to Imipenem (>90%),the higher antibiotics resistance for Ampicillin and Cefuroxime(>50%).Conclusion Gram-positive is the primary pathogen causing ALRI of children in Zhuhai regions; the lowest antibiotics resistance for Vancomycin and Linezolid;and the Imipenem is for gram-negative.
