近年来,研究生招生制度和体制方面的一系列改革使得高校研究生招生工作的重点逐渐向复试工作转移,本文藉由北京大学医学部的研究生招生复试工作探索复试内容与方法的科学性.复试主要考查学生的专业素质、培养潜能和心理素质三个方面,以全面、准确地反映考生的综合素质.在具体的方法上,应当将笔试与面试相结合,定性评分与定量评分相结合.本文还提出应当通过维护复试工作的权威性、严格复试工作的程序和完善复试工作的监督机制三个环节来保证复试的公平与公正.

In recent years with a series of reforms of the graduate enrollment system,the stress of graduate recruitment works in universities had gradually been transferred to reexamination.We maintained that reexamination should show correctly the comprehensive quality of examinees and the reexamination should at least be consisted of three aspects,professional quality,latent capacity and psychological characters.At the same time face to face conversations shoed link with written exams,quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation should be combined.We also proposed that the justice of the reexamination would be guaranteed through reexamination authority,strict procedure and supervisory system.
