Preparation methods of methylphenyldichlorosilane and methylphenyldialkoxysilane and the preparation process for methylphenylcyclosiloxane were summarized .In addition, the advantages and disadvan-tages, the existing problems and future research direction of methylphenyldichlorosilane , methylphenyldialkox-ysilane and methylphenylcyclosiloxane were also discussed .
