利用SBR反应器驯化低温、低碳氮比活性污泥,经过30d的驯化,活性污泥颜色由原来的深黑色、散状转变为浅色、絮状,考察不同MLSS对污水的处理效果并探讨基质降解动力学.结果表明:在进水COD和NH_4~+-N浓度一定的前提下,MLSS在3~4 g/L时,出水水质最好,COD的去除率达到97.1%,总氮的去除率达到63.1%.铵态氮降解过程符合Monod一级动力学方程S_e/S_0=e~(-KXt);拟合曲线的相关指数R为(-0.9548~-0.9856).

In the present study, we investigated active sludge acclimated by low temperature and low C/N on aerobic conditions in SBR reactor. After 30 days of acclimatization, the sludge transformed from deep black and unconsolidated into light-coloured and flocculent state. On completion of active sludge acclimatization, we also investigated the removal rate of different density MLSS and the dynamics of substrate degradation. These results show that the outflowed water quality is better than others, the removal rate of COD is 97.1 % and the removal rate of total nitrogen is 63.1 % on condition that the COD and NH_4-N concentration of inflowed water are determined and the MLSS is 3-4 g/L, and the degradation process of ammonium nitrogen accords with the Monod first order dynamic equations S_e/S_0 = e~(-KXt), R~2 = - 0.954 8 - -0.985 6.
