过热蒸汽温度是机组运行过程中需要监控的重要参数,为解决实际中的过热汽温普遍存在着滞后、非线性等问题,利用实际工程中过热蒸汽系统阶跃响应特性的数据,采用最小二乘法建立了控制对像的数学模型,在串级双回路控制的基础上引入了增益自适应SMITH预估控制.实际投运时过热汽温稳态偏差不超过2℃,负荷波动30%BMCR时动态偏差不超过4℃,结果表明,采用该控制策略具有较强的可实现性和较好的控制品质.
過熱蒸汽溫度是機組運行過程中需要鑑控的重要參數,為解決實際中的過熱汽溫普遍存在著滯後、非線性等問題,利用實際工程中過熱蒸汽繫統階躍響應特性的數據,採用最小二乘法建立瞭控製對像的數學模型,在串級雙迴路控製的基礎上引入瞭增益自適應SMITH預估控製.實際投運時過熱汽溫穩態偏差不超過2℃,負荷波動30%BMCR時動態偏差不超過4℃,結果錶明,採用該控製策略具有較彊的可實現性和較好的控製品質.

The boiler superheated steam temperature is one of the most important parameters.In view of the long time delay and nonlinear issues in superheated stream temperature control system,a gain adaptive prediction control is obtained.Based on the real step response data of reheated stream system,the mathematic model of control obuect was established using least squares mathematical method.The control stragtegy of gain adaptive Smith predictor is also proposed based on the double-loop cascade control.Application results show that the deviation of superheated stream temperature is no less than 2 ℃ in steady state,and no less than 4 ℃ in dynamic state sith 30%BMCR Load fluctuation,which indicates the control strategy has good control results and a better quality control performed.
