以六水合硝酸锌和尿素为原料,水为反应介质,油酸作为表面活性剂,经水热过程合成了由纳米片组装的碱式碳酸锌微球前驱体,经煅烧后得到形貌一致的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米片组装的杨桃状微球.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和环境扫描镜(SEM)对样品进行表征,结果表明产物为六方纤维矿结构的ZnO,微球尺寸比较均一,直径约为20 μm,组装单元扇形ZnO纳米片均匀排列,单元之间存在均匀空隙,BET测试显示纳米片呈现多级介孔结孔结构,比表面积为18.9 m~2·g~(-1),室温下的光致发光性能表明其结构表面存在大量氧空位,对产物ZnO气敏元件进行了乙醇和丙酮气体敏感性测试.
以六水閤硝痠鋅和尿素為原料,水為反應介質,油痠作為錶麵活性劑,經水熱過程閤成瞭由納米片組裝的堿式碳痠鋅微毬前驅體,經煅燒後得到形貌一緻的氧化鋅(ZnO)納米片組裝的楊桃狀微毬.採用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和環境掃描鏡(SEM)對樣品進行錶徵,結果錶明產物為六方纖維礦結構的ZnO,微毬呎吋比較均一,直徑約為20 μm,組裝單元扇形ZnO納米片均勻排列,單元之間存在均勻空隙,BET測試顯示納米片呈現多級介孔結孔結構,比錶麵積為18.9 m~2·g~(-1),室溫下的光緻髮光性能錶明其結構錶麵存在大量氧空位,對產物ZnO氣敏元件進行瞭乙醇和丙酮氣體敏感性測試.

Zn_4(CO_3)(OH)_6·H_2O were prepared via the hydrothermal process by using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and area as the raw materials,oleic acid as the template agent.The corresponding ZnO nanosheets-based carambola-like micropheres was obtained after calcinations of precursors.The samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Work shows the product was the hexagonal wurtzite structure of ZnO,and has a homogeneous size distribution of 20μm.Room-temperature photoluminescence(PL)spectra appear there are large numbers of oxygen vacancies on the ZnO surface.The gas sensing has been tested.Result indicates that of ZnO nanostructure has high sensitivity and short response time to ethanol and acetone gases.
