对银杏叶的调节血脂的作用进行研究.采用喂养高脂饲料的方法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,观察银备叶对高脂血症成年大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)和血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)含量的影响.试验结果表明,在0.67、1.33 g/kg·bw/d剂量条件下银杏叶可有效降低高脂血症大鼠血清代,升高高脂血症大鼠HDL-CH水平.剂量1.33g/kg·bw/d剂量下,能够降低大鼠血清TG的含量.因此,银杏叶茶在一定剂量条件下具有较好地调节高血脂动物的血脂的功能,本试验为银杏叶功能保健茶的开发提供了较好的理论依据.

In this paper, lipid regulation function on the Ginkgo biloba leaf were carefully studied. Hy-perlipidemia rats model were established fed by high fat diet, then the total cholesterol (TC), triglycer-ides (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- CH) were observed of rats inserum. The re-suits suggested that Ginkgo biloba leaf could decrease TC and increase HD - CH of Hyperlipidemia rats with the dosage of 0.67and 1.33 g/kg·bw/d. It also could decrease the TG level with the dosage of 1.33 g/kg·bw/d. So we drew a conclusion that a certain dose of Ginkgo biloba leaf could regulate the lipid level of the hyperlipidemia rats. This study would provide the experimental basis for deep exploring the Ginkgo biloba healthy functional tea.
