基因印记是指亲本来源不同的一对等位基因表达不同的遗传现象.动物实验显示外源激素超促排卵、配子和早期胚胎体外操作和培养可导致配子和胚胎的基因印记异常.人类辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)涉及以上相似的过程,初步研究表明一些ART技术操作很可能导致基因印记异常.目前ART技术的低胚胎种植率、高临床流产率、增高的先天性畸形(特别是印记异常疾病)等问题是否与ART各项技术操作导致的基因印记异常有关需要进一步研究.其研究结果有可能用来改善ART技术的临床结果.

Genomic imprinting is an epigenetic phenomenon of the monoallelic expression of genes depending on their parental origin.Studies on animal models show that superovulation and in vitro manipulation and culture of gametes and preimplantation embryos can lead to aysregulation of imprinting.These procedures occur also in assisted reproductive technology(ART)and might result in the same changes of imprinting.At present time,ART remains an imperfect technology with lower embryo implantation rate,higher clinical abortion rate,and slightly elevated congenital disorder rate(such as imprinting diseases),and its relationship with the dysregulation of imprinting need further studies,whose results might be used for the improve clinical outcomes of ART in the future.
