目的 探讨保持头低脚高位,并对于胎膜早破孕妇的安全性.方法 对146例胎膜早破孕妇,均尝试3种不同方式的头低脚高卧位并对患者进行统一内容的问卷调查,对结果进行统计分析.结果 改良式头低脚高安全性、舒适度显著优于其他体位.结论 改良式头低脚高位最符合胎膜早破孕妇的卧位需求,值得推广.

Objective To study the safety of using special position for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes Methods A total of 146 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were surveyed by questionnaires applying 3 different positions,the results were summarized and analyzed.Results The comfort levd and safety of improved position were significant better than those of other positions.Conclusions The improved position can meet the need of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes,it is worthy of spreading.
