目的:探讨眼眶鼻侧肿瘤手术切口改进后的价值。方法:18例眼眶鼻侧肿瘤，经结膜径路入眶结合眼睑内侧全层切开取出，术毕睑缘缝合需对合整齐。结果:术中肿瘤均顺利取出，眼睑无错位畸形，皮肤疤痕小，无特殊并发症发生。结论：改进后的手术方法既松解了眼睑内侧的张力，扩大了手术暴露的范围，又达到术后美学要求，值得应用推广。
목적:탐토안광비측종류수술절구개진후적개치。 방법:18례안광비측종류，경결막경로입광결합안검내측전층절개취출，술필검연봉합수대합정제。 결과:술중종류균순리취출，안검무착위기형，피부파흔소，무특수병발증발생。결론：개진후적수술방법기송해료안검내측적장력，확대료수술폭로적범위，우체도술후미학요구，치득응용추엄。
Objective：To evaluate the modified surgical approach to the nasal orbital tumor.Methods：18 cases of the nasal orbital tumor were operated via transconjunctiva with nasal blepharotomy. The incision of the eyelid was carefully sutured.Results：Tumors were removed successfully without complications. The scar of the eyelid incision was limited. No disfigure of the eyelid was found.Conclusion：The modified surgical approach allowed the relaxation of the eyelid tension to gain an enlarged operation field and it was also approved of in cosmetic view.
