利用两个半导体激光二极管,双端泵浦Nd∶ YVO4晶体,LBO采用I类非临界相位匹配、腔内倍频.在28.9 W的泵浦功率下,获得了8 W连续波0.532 μm绿光输出,其光-光转换效率为27.7%.

A simple way to achieve 8W CW output green laser with intra-cavity frequency doubling in a Nd∶ YVO4 laser doubly longitudinally pumped by two diode lasers is reported. With I-type non-critical-phase-match(NCPM) and temperature tuning of LBO crystal, a maximum of 8 W continuous-wave output at 0.532 μm has been obtained. With 28.9 W pump power, the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 27.7%.
