建立了一种灭草喹的残留分析方法.应用含甲酸的甲醇提取大米中的灭草喹,调整pH进行液液分配,通过BondElut Plexa PCX固相萃取柱去除大部分的基质影响.用带紫外检测器的液相色谱进行检测.该方法的回收率可达83.9%~94.6%,精密度为2.8%~3.1%,最小检出量为0.005 mg/kg.可以满足农残检测的需要.

An analytical method was built to determine imazaquin residues in rice.Imazaquin was extracted by methanol contained formic acid.pH value was adjusted to carry out liquid/liquid distribution, most matrix effect factors was removed by using BondElut Plexa PCX solid-phase extraction cartridges.The determination was taken by HPLC system equipped with ultraviolet detection.The recovery rate of this method was 83.9%-94.6%, the precision was 2.8%-3.1% and the minimum detectable quantity was 0.005 mg/kg, which can satisfy the need for determining the imazaquin residues in rice samples.
