试验选取210只1日龄杂交鹅(莱茵×籽鹅),按性别和体重随机分为5个处理,每个处理3次重复.每次重复14只鹉.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,其余4个试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加嗜酸乳杆茵(试验组I)、产朊假丝酵母(试验组Ⅱ)、蜡样芽胞杆菌(试验组Ⅲ)、嗜酸乳杆菌+产朊假丝酵母(试验组Ⅳ).试验期28 d.结果表明,①整个试验期内各试验组日增重和采食量差异不显著,但均显著高于对照组(p<0.05).②各试验组28日龄血清IgA含量有高于对照组的趋势,但统计上差异不显著;除试验组I,其余试验组血清IgG含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).③28日龄胸腺指数,试验组Ⅱ、Ⅳ显著高于对照纽(P<0.05);28日龄脾脏指数,试验组Ⅱ显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组28日龄免疫器官指数(胸腺、法氏囊及脾脏)未表现出显著差异.试验结果表明,在仔鹅饲料中添加单一及复合益生菌制剂能显著提高其生长性能,改善1~14日龄耗料增重比,促进机体免疫器官发育及提高血清免疫球蛋白IgG水平.

시험선취210지1일령잡교아(래인×자아),안성별화체중수궤분위5개처리,매개처리3차중복.매차중복14지무.대조조사위기출사량,기여4개시험조재기출사량중분별첨가기산유간인(시험조I)、산원가사효모(시험조Ⅱ)、사양아포간균(시험조Ⅲ)、기산유간균+산원가사효모(시험조Ⅳ).시험기28 d.결과표명,①정개시험기내각시험조일증중화채식량차이불현저,단균현저고우대조조(p<0.05).②각시험조28일령혈청IgA함량유고우대조조적추세,단통계상차이불현저;제시험조I,기여시험조혈청IgG함량현저고우대조조(P<0.05).③28일령흉선지수,시험조Ⅱ、Ⅳ현저고우대조뉴(P<0.05);28일령비장지수,시험조Ⅱ현저고우대조조(P<0.05);각시험조28일령면역기관지수(흉선、법씨낭급비장)미표현출현저차이.시험결과표명,재자아사료중첨가단일급복합익생균제제능현저제고기생장성능,개선1~14일령모료증중비,촉진궤체면역기관발육급제고혈청면역구단백IgG수평.
A total of 210 one-day-old hybrid Rhin [Rhinx (Rhin × Zi)] gosling were divided into five groups randomly, three replicates for each treatment, each repeated 14 gosling. The control group was fed with the basal diet while the groups of I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV, as trial groups, were fed with the basal diet added with Lactobacillus acidophilus, Candida utilis, Bacillus cereus, Candida utilis + Lactobacillus acidophilus, respectively. The trial lasted 28 d. The results showed that①Throughout the experimental period, the daily weight gain and feed intake of trail groups were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), but there were not significant differentce between the trail groups. ②The level of IgA in serum of trail groups were higher than the control group (P>0.05) at 28 days of age; and the level of IgG (28 d)were improved significantly in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ compared with the control group(P<0.05). ③At the age of 28 d, the indexes of thymus of group Ⅱ and IV were increased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05); and indexes of spleen of group Ⅱ was significant higher than the control group(P<0.05); the indexes of immune organ were higher but not significant in other trail groups compared with control group. The results showed that growth performance and immunological function could be improved significantly when adding single and compound microbial ecological agents in growing gosling.
