[目的]为锦灯笼的快繁技术提供参考.[方法]以锦灯笼茎尖为外植体,NAA浓度分别为0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/L,研究不同浓度NAA对锦灯笼诱导成活率的影响.[结果]不同浓度NAA对锦灯笼诱导成活率的影响不同,以处理③(MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L +6-BA 0.3 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L)的诱导效果最佳,诱导成活率达93.3%;其次为处理②(MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L +6-BA 0.3 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L),诱导率为63.3%;处理①(MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L +6-BA 0.3 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L)的诱导率最低,仅43.3%.[结论]处理③是最佳诱导分化培养基.

[Objective] The study aimed to provide the references on rapid propagation technique of Franchet Groundcherry Calyx. [Method]With stem top of Franchet Groundcherry Calyx as explant, concentration of NAA was set at 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 mg/L, the effects of different NAA concentration on induced survival rate were studied. [Method] Different NAA concentration had different effect on induced survival rate. The effect of treatment ③ (MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L + 6-BA 0.3 mg/L + agar 8 g/L+ sucrose 30 g/L) was the best, and its induced survival rate reached 93.3%; secondly for treatment ②, its induced survival rate was 63.3%; treatment ① had the lowest induced survival rate, which was 43.3%.[Conclusion] Treatment ③ was the best inductive differential medium.
