With the progress of the South-to-North Water Transfer project, the amount of information attached to the Project is also growing.To make communication among the various organizations more smooth and effective, and management more standardized and scientific, the corre-sponding three information flow models are built based on research and analysis to the existing three main construction management modes.These models reflect the flow of information between organizations, and can be used to analyze the efficiency and reliability of the South-to North Water Transfer project construction management information flow, and as the basis of further study to the interface between organizations of the South-to-North Water Transfer project construction management.
