目的:探讨射频消融对正常兔肝损伤后,机体在不同时间点肝功能的变化情况.材料和方法:20只健康新西兰白兔,在超声引导下行射频消融术,分别于术前及术后1、3、5、7和14d抽取耳缘静脉血进行肝功能的测定,在动物处死前后分别在超声二维图像和肝标本上测量射频消融毁损区的范围,并对肝标本行病理检查,将肝功测定结果与病理改变综合分析.结果:射频消融后,血清总蛋白、白蛋白在第1天开始下降,第3天降到最低;天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶第1天开始明显增高,第3天达最高值.碱性磷酸酶在第7天恢复正常,其余指标均在第7天开始恢复,第14天恢复到正常,以上肝功能变化与射频消融毁损区范围有关,且与消融后病理相对应.结论:正常兔肝射频消融后,射频消融毁损区范围越大,肝功能变化越大,且均在14d内自行恢复.
目的:探討射頻消融對正常兔肝損傷後,機體在不同時間點肝功能的變化情況.材料和方法:20隻健康新西蘭白兔,在超聲引導下行射頻消融術,分彆于術前及術後1、3、5、7和14d抽取耳緣靜脈血進行肝功能的測定,在動物處死前後分彆在超聲二維圖像和肝標本上測量射頻消融燬損區的範圍,併對肝標本行病理檢查,將肝功測定結果與病理改變綜閤分析.結果:射頻消融後,血清總蛋白、白蛋白在第1天開始下降,第3天降到最低;天鼕氨痠轉氨酶、丙氨痠轉氨酶、堿性燐痠酶第1天開始明顯增高,第3天達最高值.堿性燐痠酶在第7天恢複正常,其餘指標均在第7天開始恢複,第14天恢複到正常,以上肝功能變化與射頻消融燬損區範圍有關,且與消融後病理相對應.結論:正常兔肝射頻消融後,射頻消融燬損區範圍越大,肝功能變化越大,且均在14d內自行恢複.
목적:탐토사빈소융대정상토간손상후,궤체재불동시간점간공능적변화정황.재료화방법:20지건강신서란백토,재초성인도하행사빈소융술,분별우술전급술후1、3、5、7화14d추취이연정맥혈진행간공능적측정,재동물처사전후분별재초성이유도상화간표본상측량사빈소융훼손구적범위,병대간표본행병리검사,장간공측정결과여병리개변종합분석.결과:사빈소융후,혈청총단백、백단백재제1천개시하강,제3천강도최저;천동안산전안매、병안산전안매、감성린산매제1천개시명현증고,제3천체최고치.감성린산매재제7천회복정상,기여지표균재제7천개시회복,제14천회복도정상,이상간공능변화여사빈소융훼손구범위유관,차여소융후병리상대응.결론:정상토간사빈소융후,사빈소융훼손구범위월대,간공능변화월대,차균재14d내자행회복.
Purpose To investigate the time-serial changes of liver function after radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in normal rabbits. Materials and Methods Ultrasound-guided liver RFA were applied on 20 healthy New Zealand's white rabbits. The laboratory tests of liver functions were sampled from rabbit ear vein before and after RFA at 1、3、5、7、14 days. The extent of injury of the liver induced by RFA was assessed by ultrasound and compared with that of postmortem pathology. Results After RFA, total protein and albumin fell down at day 1, reaching nadir at day 3. ALT AST AKP rose up obviously at day 1, reaching peak at day 3. AKP returned to normal at day 7, while the other markers started to recover. All the liver function markers returned to normal at day 14. The change of the liver's function was correlated to the extent of RFA injury and its pathology. Conclusion The liver function was altered after RFA over 2 weeks and the change was correlated to the extent of injury in normal rabbit.
