从系统办学的角度,描述了远程开放教育教学运行过程。以远程开放教育教学模式切入,分析了教学落实过程中面临的各种障碍,提出了保证教学质量的四个主要监控点即:教学点、课程、教师和学生。通过对四个关键点基本环节的动态控制,实现对远程开放教育教学质量的有效管理。

This paper describes the process of teaching in distance open education from the angle of systematic schooling objectively.Starting from the teaching model of distance open education,this paper analyzes different kinds of obstacles which we will meet in the teaching process.There are four major monitory points which are used to guarantee the quality of teaching,i.e.educational units,courses,teachers and students.Through the dynamic control over the basic links of the four key points,we can realize effective management to the teaching quality in distance open education.
