文章结合深基坑工程施工与项目管理的特点,建立深基坑开挖支护评分表,用于提出反映工程建设质量好坏的质量偏差系数q,然后运用经典赢得值理论并对其改进,在原有进度、成本控制曲线（BCWS、BCWP、ACWP）的基础上,加入质量控制曲线（QACWP）,并将实际施工过程中可能出现的24种工况表示出来。

Combined with the characteristic of deep excavation engineering construction and project management,use of the structure construction quality standard monitors and the standard with the deep excavation,giving a mark table of building the deep excavating and protects,according to the table the quality deviation coefficient q is gived that reflect the quality good or bad.Then used and improve earned value theory,joins qualitying control the curve（QACWP） in the original rate of progress and foundation of cost control curve（BCWS,BCWP and ACWP）,showing 24 conditions which would happen in the progress of deep excavation constructon.
