立足于我国农村留守儿童问题是中国社会转型过程中繁衍出来的产物这一宏观背景,从贵州省4个地区分层次整群抽取2800名农村中学生为研究对象,采用多种方法对其进行研究,结果表明：与全国平均水平相比,贵州省13-16岁农村留守中学生存在身高相对较矮、体重指数和肺活量体重指数相对较低、下肢爆发力水平较差等体质问题,采用问卷调查、因子分析等研究方法,找出了影响贵州省农村留守中学生体质健康因素的8个方面。

This article is based on the background that the problems of the left-behind children in China＇s rural areas resulted from China＇s social transformation,with study object of 2800 rural middle school students selected by stratified cluster sampling from four regions of Guizhou Province.Many study approaches are applied in the study.Results showed that： compared with national average,the left-behind rural middle school students aged 13-16 are relatively low in height,weight and lung capacity,and are weak in explosive force of lower limbs,etc.With research methods such as questionnaire survey,factor analysis,eight factors affecting the physical health of the left-behind rural middle school students in Guizhou Province have been discovered.
