研究了CdSc敏化TiO_2纳晶多孔薄膜电极的制备及其表征,采用化学沉积法在TiO_2纳晶薄膜电极表面制备了窄带隙纳米微粒CdSe,对丝网印刷制备的TiO_2纳晶薄膜电极进行敏化处理,制备了TiO_2/CdSe纳晶复合薄膜电板;同时利用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS对TiO_2/CASe复合薄膜电极的晶型、粒径、元素组成和表面结合态进行了表征分析.

The preparation and characterization of CdSe dots sensitized nanocrystalline TiO_2 film electrode were studied. Sensitized TiO_2 film electrode with nanocrystalline CASe using chemical deposition method, optimizing preparation techniques of TiO_2/CdSe, analyzing the crystal, particle size, elements and binding energy using XRD, SEM, TEM and XPS.
