Osphronemas goramy J.%Blood%Serums%Physiological and biochemical parameters
[目的]研究健康状态下长丝鲈相关的血液生理生化指标.[方法]对长丝鲈血液的红细胞数、白细胞数、红细胞渗透脆性、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清谷草转氨酶(GOP)、血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)进行测定. [结果]长丝鲈血液的红细胞数为(241.3±20.4)万个/mm~3,白细胞数为(6.63±1.16)万个/mm~3.NaCl浓度0.60%~0.65%为长丝鲈红细胞的最小抵抗值,浓度0.25%~0.30%为红细胞的最大抵抗值.LDH活力为(4 017.2±3 049.1)U/L,GOP活力为(59.3±21.8)U/L,GPT活力为(35.7±4.0)U/L,ACP活力为(0.095±0.008)U/L,AKP活力为(89.4±51.1)U/L.[结论]该研究为长丝鲈各项生理机能的深入研究提供了参考依据.

[Objective]The research aimed to determine some blood physiology and biochemistry parameters of Osphronemas goramy J..[Method]The number of red blood cell and white blood cell, the erythrocyte osmotic fragility, the activities of LDH, GOP, GPT, ACP, AKP of O. goramy J. blood serums were determined.[Result]The blood red blood cell number was (2 413 000±204 000)/mm~3, the white blood cell number was (66 300±11 600)/mm~3 respectively. When the consistence of NaCl was 0.60%-0.65%, osmotic fragility of red blood cell was the smallest. When the consistence of NaCl was 0.25%-0.30%, osmotic fragility of red blood cell was the biggest. The activities of LDH, GOP, GPT, ACP, AKP in the serums were (4 017.2±3 049.1),(59.3±21.8),(35.7±4.0), (0.095±0.008),( 89.4±51.1)U/L respectively.[Conclusion]This study provided references for the further research on the physiological function of O.goramy J.
