利用强流脉冲电子束对AZ31镁合金表面进行快速铝合金化,分析了表面合金化层的显微结构,测量了铝合金化前后,AZ31镁合金的腐蚀性能与耐磨性能.结果表明,经电子束轰击后表层出现了典型的熔坑形貌;耐磨性能测试表明,加速电压为27 kV,脉冲5次的试样比原始试样的相对耐磨性提高6倍,同时合金化也提高了在5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能.
利用彊流脈遲電子束對AZ31鎂閤金錶麵進行快速鋁閤金化,分析瞭錶麵閤金化層的顯微結構,測量瞭鋁閤金化前後,AZ31鎂閤金的腐蝕性能與耐磨性能.結果錶明,經電子束轟擊後錶層齣現瞭典型的鎔坑形貌;耐磨性能測試錶明,加速電壓為27 kV,脈遲5次的試樣比原始試樣的相對耐磨性提高6倍,同時閤金化也提高瞭在5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蝕性能.
이용강류맥충전자속대AZ31미합금표면진행쾌속려합금화,분석료표면합금화층적현미결구,측량료려합금화전후,AZ31미합금적부식성능여내마성능.결과표명,경전자속굉격후표층출현료전형적용갱형모;내마성능측시표명,가속전압위27 kV,맥충5차적시양비원시시양적상대내마성제고6배,동시합금화야제고료재5%적NaCl용액중적내부식성능.
Rapid surface alloying Al on the surface of AZ31 alloy by high current pulsed electronic beam was conducted, and microstructure of alloying layer on the surface was observed, meanwhile, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the AZ31 magnesium alloy after and before alloying Al were examined. The results indicate that typical crater can be observed on the surface after HCPEB bombardment. Compared with that of initial sample, the relative wear resistance of the sample with accelerating voltage of 27kV and five times pulse is increased by 6 times. In addition, the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy after alloying Al is greatly improved in 5% NaCl solution.
