研究了5CrNiMo模具钢经不同浓度稀土QPQ处理后的组织和性能,在QPQ处理过程中加入适量稀土化合物LaCO_3对5CrNiMo钢进行表面改性处理.利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了5CrNiMo处理后的表面金相显微组织和表面形貌、氮化层深度,采用401MVA型显微维氏硬度计测量试样显微硬度,在M-2000型磨损试验机上进行滑动磨损试验.结果表明,QPQ处理加入适量的稀土不仅有明显的催渗作用,而且能提高5CrNiMo钢的硬度及耐磨性.

The rnicrostrueture and properties of 5CrNiMo steel-by QPQ salt-bath treatment with different concentration of rare earth(RE)were studied. The RE LaCO_3 was used in QPQ process. The surface of 5CrNiMo steel was treated using this method. The microstructure and depth of the treated surface for the steel were analyzed using SEM. The sliding wear resistance was tested on M-2000 tester and the micro-hardness was tested using 401MVA microscopy hardness tester. The results show that the hardness, wear resistance and the speed of nitriding highly improve and the performance of nitriding layer and the nitriding structure improves.
