按照GB18581-2001的测定方法及程序,评定了气相测定溶剂型涂料中甲苯含量的测量不确定度.由于数学模型中涉及两个非线性函数,故采用求相对标准不确定度的方法对各变量进行了分析,最后计算得到各变量的合成不确定度为0.020%,扩展不确定度为0.040%.相对于通过求偏导得出灵敏系数评定不确定度的方法,此方法大大提高了工作效率.

According to the national standard of GB18581-2001, a method for uncertainty evaluation of toluene by GC is developed. Since the mathematic model contains two nonlinear functions, the various variables among the procedures are analyzed and the uncertainty is calculated by relative standard uncertainty. By synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables, the combined uncertainty is 0.020% and the expanded uncertainty is 0.040%. Comparing the method for uncertainty evaluation by getting sensitivity coefficient from derivation, this method is time-saved and efficient.
