目的 体外研究不同根管冲洗液对Raypex5根尖定位仪准确性的影响.方法 采用琼脂凝胶模型和毛细玻璃管模拟体内根管,以15#不锈钢K锉为测量电极,在五种不同测量环境下(干燥、0.9%NaCl、3%H2O2、2.5%NaClO、17%EDTA)使用 Raypex5测量毛细玻璃管的长度,记录测量值与实际值之间的差值(IF值).结果 采用方差分析.结果 在玻璃管直径≤0.80mm时,各实验组IF值在-0.60~0.27mm之间,都位于-1.0~0.5mm之间,IF值与管内浸润的电解质无关(P>0.05);而当玻璃管直径>0.80mm时,各实验组IF值在-1.66~0.23 mm之间,强电解质(2.5%NaClO、17%EDTA)的浸润会使IF值增大(P<0.05).结论 在一定根管直径内,Raypex5测量准确性不受根管内电解质的影响.当根尖孔较大,根管内的电解质会影响其测量准确性.

Objective To investigate effect of different media environment on the accuracy of Raypex5 locator. Methods Use the agar model and glass capillaries to mimic root canals in vivo. Record the distance between the measured length and the real length of the capillaries as the IF value by using a No. 15stainless steel K file and Raypex5 under five measuring environments. Results The accuracy of measurement of Raypex5 was not influenced by root canal media in canals with normal diameter (≤0.80mm). In canals with large diameter (>0.80 mm) and filled with either with 2.5% NaOCl or 17% EDTA, the measurement achieved with the Raypex5 may not be reliable. Conclusion The electrolytes in the tubules decreased the accuracy of Raypex5 when the tubule diameter was large.
