目的研究PICC置入患者的日常维护行为及相关因素.方法对我院2009年12月至2010年5月104例PICC置人患者进行问卷调查.结果 PICC置人患者对于基本维护知识知晓率高,而对于PICC的并发症相关知识及不能从HCC推注造影剂的知晓率低.PICC日常维护行为与穿刺时间、文化程度和子女个数呈正相关(P<0.05).结论对肿瘤PICC置人患者,应进一步做好健康教育,提高其对PICC日常维护行为的重视,降低并发症的发生率.

Objective To study the PICC daily maintenance behaviors of patients and find out the related factors.Methods Data was collected by questionnaires from 104 patients who had PICC and stayed in hospital between 2009.12～2010.5.Results Patients had much knowledge on basic PICC daily maintenance,while to the complications related knowledge of PICC was low,so was the knowledge of push contrast medium by PICC.PICC daily maintenance activities was positively related with the time with PICC,education level,and the number of children(P<0.05).Conclusions The patients with PICC need better and further health edueation to improve their behaviors of PICC daily maintenance and reduce the incidence of PICC complications.
