采用乳状液膜法分离发醇液中的柠檬酸，讨论了该方法的工艺过程，对乳水比、油内比、搅拌速率、破乳及油相回用等工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明，在Span-80-TOA-Na2CO3-煤油所组成的膜体系中，选择Rew＝1∶2，Roi＝1∶1，n＝330～350r/min的工艺条件可得到满意的提取结果。

The liquid membane method was applied to the process ofseparating citric acid from the fermentation liquor, and the technological process of this method, Rew, Roi, stirring speed, demulsification, oil phase reagents retrieving and so on were discussed. The experiment results showed that, a better result can be achieved for the system choosing Rew=1∶2,Roi=1∶1,n=300-350r/min of spen-80-TOA-Kerosene and Na2CO3 as liquid membrane composition.
