采用NACE standard TM 0284-2003氢致开裂标准实验方法,研究了鞍钢生产的X80级管线钢分别在两种溶液中的抗氢致开裂性能.研究结果表明:该管线钢在两种溶液中均具有较好的抗氧致开裂性能,试样内部没有发现裂纹:试样表面的微裂纹主要在点蚀坑处形核并沿多边形铁素体扩展,扩展模式多为穿品型,并终止于针状铁素体.

Using NACE TM 0284-2003 standard,the behavior of anti-hydrogen induced cracking of X80 pipeline steel in different solution was investigated. The results show that the steel in different solution has better performance of anti-hydrogen induced cracking,there is no cracking inside the steel; micro-cracking on the specimen surface mainly nucleates at pitting corrosion pits and expands along the polygonal ferrite; the expansion mode is mostly transgranular type, and the expansion terminates in acicular ferrite.
