比较黄芪、当归注射液穴位注射与氟西汀(百忧解)治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效及副反应.方法:63例中风后抑郁患者被随机分为穴位注射组31例(治疗组)和氟西汀组32例(对照组),进行为期8周的治疗观察,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)于治疗前及治疗后4、8周末分别对疗效进行评估,并比较其副反应.结果:治疗组有效率为80.6%,对照组的有效率78.1%,两组疗效相当.结论:黄芪、当归注射液分型穴位注射能有效的治疗中风后抑郁症,且无毒副作用.

The purpose of this research is to compare the effects and side reactions between two different methods which are used in the treatment of the depression after been stroked. One of the methods is inject the acupuncture point with Astragalns and Angelica injections, the other is the treatment with Fluoxetine . Methods :63 Patients who get depression after have been stroked are separated into two groups randomly, the first group (treatment) are treated with Astragalus and Angelica injection, the other group(comparison) are treated with Fluoxetine. two groups are treated and watched for 8 weeks. At the end of the 4th and the 8th week before and after treatment, we assess the effects with HAMD. As a result, the efficiency of the treatment group is 80.6 % and the comparison group is 78.1%. Conclusion : people who is depression after been stroked could be efficiently cured by typing injecting the acupuncture point with Astragalus and Angelica injection without any side reactions.
