以国内樟子松为对照,对引进的10个种源盐松2年生苗木生长性状进行了测定和分析.结果表明:种源间地径、苗高、地上干质量、地下干质量、顶芽长度和最大侧根长差异极显著,主根长差异显著,最长初生针叶长不显著.除地径和主根长外,其它性状的遗传力均在80%以上,遗传变异系数均在16%以上,具有丰富的遗传变异基础.应用综合选择指数法对11个种源苗木生长状况进行评价,结果表明盐松的生长状况优于樟子松.以2种标准进行优良种源初步选择,按标准I选择的优良种源为N9和17274种源,按标准II选择的优良种源为N9、17274、17267、N10和754种源.标准I较标准II选择更严格,获得的遗传增益更大.

Growth characteristics of 2-year-old seedlings from 10 introduced P. sylvestris L. ssp. kulendensis Sukaczw provenances were determined in contrast with domestic Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litv. Results showed that there were extremely significant differences (P<0.01) in ground diameter, seedling height, dry weight of stem and root, top bud length and maximum length of branch root, significant differences (P<0.05) in main root length and insignificant differences (P>0.05) in the maximum length of primary needle leaf. Except for ground diameter and main root length, heritabilities of all the characteristics were more than 80%, and genetic variation coefficients were more than 16%, indicating an abundant genetic variation in P. sylvestris ssp. kulendensis. Seedling growth of 11 provenances was evaluated by means of comprehensive selection index, and it indicated that the growth P. sylvestris ssp. kulendensis was superior to that of P. sylvestris var. mongolica. Superior provenances were selected according to 2 standards, namely N9 and 17274 under Standard I, and N9, 17274, 17267, N10 and 754 under Standard II. In contrast to Standard II, Standard I was stricter, which could get more genetic gain.
